Our Sewcial Sparkle Zoom gatherings are all about connection, creativity, and of course… a little sparkle. These sessions are relaxed, fun, and totally pressure-free — whether you’re stitching away, sipping tea, or just soaking up the friendly vibes.
If Zoom is new to you (or you’d just like a refresher), here’s your simple step-by-step guide to joining in with ease:
✅ Before the Session
✨ Download Zoom
On a computer → zoom.us/download
On a phone or tablet → search for “Zoom” in the App Store or Google Play.
✨ Find your link
I’ll send you a special Zoom link — keep it handy! At session time, just click and you’re in. When you book, your comfirmation email has the link.
✨ Set yourself up
Pick a cosy spot with your project, your favourite cuppa, and maybe a touch of sparkle (favourite mug optional, but encouraged ✨).
✅ Joining the Session
Click the link at the session start time.
Enter your name so we know who’s popping in.
Allow Zoom to use your camera and microphone (you can switch them off later if you like).
✅ Microphone & Sound Tips
🎤 Unmute when you want to chat.
🤫 Mute when you’re sewing, rustling, or if the dog is barking.
Remember: if you’re unmuted, everyone can hear what’s happening in your room — from the kettle to the cat!
✅ Camera (Optional!)
Switch your video on or off with the little camera button.
No pressure — join however you feel comfy.
